The team has over 200 years of collective experience. This provides a very substantial body of knowledge to inform and accelerate the claims process. Each of the claims managers is a well established lead claims professional in his or her chosen field, with a proven track record of dealing with complex claims and assisting our clients.

Our approach to claims handling is proactive, principled, and focused. We encourage direct communication between claims handlers and clients throughout, and look to partner with clients whenever we can, to arrive at the best possible outcome.

All our claims specialists are embedded with our underwriting teams, offering first-hand support to our underwriters with the goal to add value at all stages of the insuring process.

This close involvement enables us to understand our clients’ needs and help tailor and improve the service we offer.

We are resourced to allow sufficient time to study each claim in detail and to assist our clients in getting back to business, by delivering supportive and efficient claims resolution. Our aim is to pay a covered claim as quickly as we are able, once the facts are established, and to communicate effectively with our clients.

Team members make a point of attending seminars and conferences that are relevant to business lines, to enhance and update their knowledge and are heavily involved in London market committees.
