Michael joined Faraday in 2016 as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance. Michael's team is responsible for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, with specific focus on risk strategy, appetite and internal model use, as well as ensuring Faraday's compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Faraday, Michael was Head of Risk at Marketform Managing Agency and has held previous roles at Catlin Group Ltd and Legal & General. |
